Preparatory Dance
The word “propaedeutics” refers to the idea of preparing for future learning through a gradual and playful educational approach. In Preparatory Dance, motor experience becomes more structured: we focus on posture, alignment, musicality and body awareness.
Children learn to listen to music, recognize tempo, move together as a group, and develop confidence and concentration. This stage builds essential foundations for later, more technical dance training.
