2003
She graduated in Psychology in 2003 from the University of Trieste, obtaining professional qualification and registering with the Order of Psychologists of Friuli Venezia Giulia.
2004
Since 2004, she has continuously pursued clinical training, with a particular focus on developmental age, undertaking ongoing professional development pathways centered on the promotion of physical, mental, and relational health.
2005-2006
Following her post-graduate internship, she deepened her work on issues related to gender-based violence and child protection. In 2005, in Milan, she completed further training at the Centro Tutela Infanzia Adolescenza Maltrattata – TIAMA; in 2006 she was among the founding members of the Cultural Association for Counseling for Development and Empowerment (ACCSE) in Trieste. She has been involved in the design and implementation of research and prevention projects on violence against women and minors, as well as training and burnout prevention for operators in anti-violence centers, in collaboration with various local institutions in the region.
2006
Since 2006, she has undertaken clinical training in cognitive-behavioral models, first attending the specialization school Humanitas in Milan, and later participating in courses, seminars, and experiential workshops led by international lecturers, further exploring contextual approaches (ACT, CFT, MCBT) and mindfulness techniques.
2007
In 2007, she worked as a psychologist in the project “OTTO40 Pronto Genitori”, a telephone counseling and psychological support service for parents, adolescents, and teachers promoted by the Municipality of Trieste. She has carried out prevention and training interventions on burnout and work-related stress for the State Police at the Police Headquarters of Gorizia and for Confartigianato Trieste, and has worked as a lecturer at ENAIP FVG.
2010
Since 2010, she has been carrying out clinical assessment and psychological support activities, conducting social skills training, and developing programs aimed at enhancing emotional intelligence, acceptance skills, psychological flexibility, and mindfulness, for both children and adults.
2024
Since 2024, she has been collaborating on body awareness and emotional intelligence workshops during the summer campus offered to students of the Scuola di Danza Ceron in Udine, and participates in inclusion projects promoting wellbeing and mental health with the Association Danza e Balletto – ADEB.
