Creative Dance

Our Creative Dance class is designed for our youngest learners: a playful, welcoming environment where children explore movement, rhythm and imagination through music, storytelling, movement games and props (scarves, small balls, hoops). They begin to develop body awareness, coordination, balance and a first sense of space.

The goal is to spark their passion for dance, nurture motor curiosity, and create a joyful connection with movement through fun and a sense of safety. Creative Dance is the stage that precedes technical study: children learn the dance “alphabet” before they begin to write and speak the language of dance.

Preparatory Dance

The word “propaedeutics” refers to the idea of preparing for future learning through a gradual and playful educational approach.
In Preparatory Dance, motor experience becomes more structured: we focus on posture, alignment, musicality and body awareness.

Children learn to listen to music, recognize tempo, move together as a group, and develop confidence and concentration. This stage builds essential foundations for later, more technical dance training.

Classical Ballet

At our school, Classical Ballet is built on a strong technical and artistic foundation: classes follow the Vaganova Method, well-known for its harmonious use of the whole body, coherence of movement and precise lines. We enrich this approach with American and French stylistic influences thanks to our qualified faculty and masterclasses with guest teachers. This blend ensures an updated, versatile and comprehensive technical development.

Ballet training focuses on developing balance, symmetry, flexibility, and strength, while teaching students proper posture and the graceful use of the arms. It also emphasizes precise footwork, a long and centered torso, and the technical skills needed for pirouettes and jumps.

Modern Dance

Modern Dance offers an alternative expressive language rooted in early 20th-century pioneers such as Martha Graham, Lester Horton and José Limón. Students explore movement in depth: contractions, releases, strong lines, spinal twists and a personal connection to body and space.

Our courses strengthen control, body awareness and coordination, power, fluidity, elasticity and expressive sensitivity — embracing creativity and a contemporary approach beyond pure technique.

Hip Hop

Our Hip Hop classes are designed for those who love energy, rhythm and urban music. Students explore styles derived from funk, voguing, street dance and current trends: groove, isolations, coordination, musicality and fun go hand in hand.

The goal is to create an inclusive space where every dancer can develop confidence, expressiveness and performance skills — whether on stage or on screen — in a fresh and stimulating environment.
