Age Groups
Our programs grow with you — offering the right balance of guidance, creativity, and challenge at every stage. From the first steps to lifelong passion, each age group finds its own space to learn, express, and evolve through dance.
Creative Dance (from age 3)
A child’s first approach to dance begins through play, imagination and music: children explore movement freely using storytelling, props and simple guided exercises. Coordination, balance, rhythm, interaction with others and self-confidence are developed in a welcoming environment where movement becomes discovery and joy.
Pre-Ballet / Preparatory Dance (from age 5)
From age 5, motor skills gain more structure: we work on posture, alignment, musicality and body awareness, gradually introducing the foundations of classical technique in an engaging and playful manner. Children learn to recognize tempo and spatial orientation, move as a group, and develop focus and discipline — building solid foundations for future technical training.
Ballet, Modern and Hip Hop (from age 8)
From age 8, students begin to refine coordination, strength, and artistic awareness, approaching dance with more focus and maturity. Whether choosing ballet, modern, hip hop — or a combination — young dancers explore technique more deeply while expanding musicality, creativity, and expressive range. They learn to work with precision and intention, develop group dynamics and stage presence, and build the discipline and confidence needed for continued technical and artistic growth.
Disciplines for Children
From Passion to Professional
Depending on level and individual goals, dancers can choose among classical ballet, modern, contemporary and hip hop, enriching their journey with repertoire and live performance opportunities throughout the year.
Technical growth goes hand in hand with physical and emotional well-being, in a formative environment that encourages young dancers to discover their potential and express themselves with confidence — both on stage and in everyday life.
