1983-1986
Born in Cosenza, he began his studies at Roma Dance Studio Ballet with C. and M. Venditti, G. Muradoff, and N. Bush, and took part in the company’s performances throughout Italy.
Engaged at the Nouveau Théatre International by Gianni Notari in Venice, he performed in productions inspired by Pirandello, Gabriele d’Annunzio, Bolero, and Bauta. At the same time, he worked with Est Ballet in Rovigo in Carnaval by V. Massini and N. Pantasi.
1987
He joined the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino under the direction of E. Madzen.
1988-1990
He was engaged at the Teatro Nuovo in Turin, performing in some of the most prestigious theatres and festivals in Italy, Brazil, Korea, Cuba, Germany, and Switzerland, interpreting Face à face with L. Savignano and Butterfly by P. Bortoluzzi, Rapsodia in blu, La vedova allegra by B. Telloli, Sansone e Dalila by G. Jancu, La Fille mal gardée, Schiaccianoci, and Coppelia by R. De Saa, Francesca da Rimini by P. and L. Dobrievich, Carmen by O. Danovski, Oltre by P. Goss, L’albero millenario by M. Pierin, Musica sull’acqua by Morricone, Saudage, Combattimento dei galli, Emily Dickinson, and Simbiosi by C. Perotti.
1990
He worked at the Stadttheater Bern under the direction of B. Steifel, dancing in Coppelia, Infiorata a Genzano, In your hand, Good Times, Hello Dolly, and Eugene Onegin.
1991
He won 3rd prize at the Luxembourg Competition and was engaged by Paolo Bortoluzzi at the Teatro dell’Opera de Bordeaux. There he danced in Quattro stagioni, Strauss, Soirée Tchaikovsky, La Belle et la bête, Formes, Incontro, Carmina Burana by P. Bortoluzzi, Il Mandarino meraviglioso by I. Herczog, Pulcinella by D. Dunn, La Sagra della primavera by E. Walter, Jet-Lag Jazz by G. D. Monica, Count Erpoint-20 by M. Sappington, Petrouchka by R. North, and Who cares? by G. Balanchine. He also took part in the company’s tour in the United States.
1995
Under the direction of E. Vu An, he danced in Coppelia by E. Poliakov, Marco Polo by L. Cannito, Electra by J. C. Gil, and Don Chisciotte by E. Vu An.
1996-2004
He worked under the direction of Charles Jude, performing Giselle, Schiaccianoci, Coppelia, La Bella addormentata, Il Lago dei cigni, and Icare, Suites en blanc by S. Lifar, Le fils prodigue by G. Balanchine, La Fille mal gardée by J. Lazzini, Trois Games by North, Brothers by D. Parson, Before Nightfall and Purcel Pieces by N. Christie, Petrouchka by M. Fokine, Raymonda by M. Petipa, Romeo e Giulietta by T. Harms, Hydrogen Jukebox by C. Carlson, Le Jardin aux lilas and Continuo by A. Tudor, and Danse de salon by C. Moser.
He participated in the company’s tours in Japan, Germany, Spain, the United States, and France, performing alongside étoiles such as E. Platel, I. Guerin, M. Loudier, and A. Ferri.
2001
He obtained the French state diploma as Professeur de danse in Paris from the Ministry of Culture and Communication and has since been regularly invited to teach and choreograph classical dance workshops in France and Italy.
2006
Since 2006, he has served as Director of BALLET SCHOOL A.S.D. in Pordenone. In parallel, he is regularly invited as an international ballet teacher and choreographer to teach at masterclasses, intensive courses, and pre-professional and professional training programmes in Italy and abroad.
